I like the use of 'negative space' (argh big words), how the background is plain, but a very nice colour.
The style of the linework is amazing, very wild and expressive because of the 'sketched' look, very nicely done. The colours for the pupil and iris are well chosen, bluey-green is a dreamy eye colour.
I also like the details you put in like the gloss on the eyeball, the shading at the bottom of the eye, the arrangement of the eyelashes and the very interesting shape of the mascara (the blue/cream stripes).
But most of all, yeah, most of all, (I like the way you mo-ove!) I love the simplicity of the whole piece, the simple shapes combined with the contrasting detail and colours work wonderfully here.
